My apologies, originally, to .dan.  How did time get away and I forget this?  
(doh!  I'm sorry!!)

I am going to email myself an attached copy of the MS Word document that 
comprises most of our bartender handbook and will cut and paste the relevant 
stuff, along with opening and closing duties checklists we have.  Shift 
leader, assigned every shift at each bar, signs off on each task and then does 
(or should be) a short summary on the reverse side with anything that is 
notable -- whether it be the good, bad or ugly.

Today is crazy.  Most likely I will get back to this post tomorrow at the 
earliest but more likely Monday when I'll be holding down my sofa, 
decompressing from all of the recent drama with staff (gawd, this involves the 
servers and bartending staff) and personal friends.  

Is it that time of year??!?!?!?!?!?????  My brain is melting, and it has 
literally made me physically ill to the point I've lost my appetite and cannot 
eat....

Thank gawd I'm happily single....
