Actually, if you search, you'd find "White Trash", "Cocksucking Cowboy" and 
I'm sure countless other lewd references in drink names to just about every 
race and nationality you can imagine. But this is really beside the point, 
because, if you look at the recipe I hardly doubt the person who gave this 
cocktail it's name truly had racist intentions as the "black" is referring to 
the color of the drink, not to someone's race, and "bitch" is most likely 
referring to the kick the 151 rum adds.
