Thank you again for the info.

I am a newbie who will need to be pulled back in line every now and then, this 
experience can be similar to being a kid in a candy store.
When I got into cocktails, got a book, a decent bar setup, etc., I can go 
crazy looking at all the pictures of the drinks and wanting to buy everything.

So thanks for giving me a reality check, seems logical that I don't need every 
mixer I can get my hands on if I'm not going to use them anytime soon!

But beware, I may wander off track again :)
