There are such things as "Pina Colada Mix" and "Bloody Mary Mix" that you can
either buy in a packet, a can, or make yourself (in ascending order of
quality) but you have to be in an environment where it will make a difference
before you consider setting up with these.

IF you are sure to be making more than half a dozen of each of these drinks a
night, then it may be worthwhile. Otherwise, beware of wastage. For the
recipes, just take the non-alcoholic ingredients of each drink & scale it up
to however much you want.

... I remember long ago thinking something was screwy when I saw cocktail
menus with recipes that included "Pina Colada" as an ingredient.

... and it was worse when I questioned the bartenders who insisted that "Pina
Colada" was a flavour, not a drink in itself. Total lack of training/knowlege
there. But anyway, Blend up some pineapple, coco milk & juice (I like to add a
tiny dash of lime depending on the tinned pineapple brand) and you have a
really good non-alc drink. Which can be versatile if you serve a few
tiki-style drinks.
