I'm not picking on you, and please don't take this personally, but...
Getting "drunk" while you are bartending? I don't know about your boss, but 
if I was the bar manager there, you'd be out of a job.
I wouldn't object to taste testing, comparing recipes, et. al. But I'd draw 
the line at anything that approached "drinking" on the job.
How do the rest of you feel?
