Strange to hear this, I've always rinsed glasses before pouring draft beer and 
I thought this was a common practice, Apetail explained perfectly why.
I don't normaly use frosted glasses, but during summer I dip beer glasses in 
crushed ice before serving it,  it doesn't take long time to do this even when 
the bar it's packed and customers really appreciate it.
