OK, for better or worse, I was unable to see what you saw. It seems the
NewScientist article seems to be unavailable now and the old link takes me to
the front page.
Anyway, that was just the scientific explanation of froth and frothing on
smooth & rough beer glasses. The rest of the webtender discussion thread there
was what I was really linking to.
