Putz,

I’ve worked in bars where the beer glasses were & were not frosted. As long as 
the glass is clean & tilted when pouring the draft to minimize the foam, then 
everything is ok. Unless it the rule of the bar to wet the glass 1st.The

If you work in a very high volumed bar & you are going to wet every draft 
glass when it’s crazy busy, may heaven help you.
