Hi, I am new this forum but I hope someone can help.  I have been bartending 
for a little over 6 months, and I am in one of the best and popular nightclubs 
in San Francisco.  My boss is aware of my little time bartending but I guess 
he has faith in me.  I only have one problem - I am always 500-700 dollars 
under of what everyone else makes for the night.  I think I am usually on par 
with the tips, but total sales is lacking and I don't want to get fired.  I 
try to take 2 sometimes 3 orders at a time, but when I have a guy asking for 3 
liquid cocaines, 2 coronas, 1 kamikaze, and a cosmo, plus sex on the beach I 
cant seem to remember anything else.  AM I DOOOOOMED?  Any advice?
