Lucky that there are people that are experienced in this as what we pay our 
tooter girls is enitrely different and simply could not compare.
They get their $2.13 an hour but have to purchase their shot trays.  That 
provides motivation for them to sell all of them and we (the restaurant/bar) 
do not lose any money.  They are sold to the tooter girl a wee bit more than 
at cost and then establish the retail price of the shot.  They make that 
difference along with any tips they receive (but also need to tip out the 
tender or barback that made the pitchers of the tooter shots).
Some places also do this with beer tub girls.
Quite different than hiring and clothing models to help promote!  ;0)
