Hey Jenn..thanks for your reply!

Its basically going to be set up as though the girls are part of our
promotions staff. Usually we have 1 part-time promotions person and a jock at
each 2 - 4 hour remote. The part-timer gets a set amount per 2 hour
remote..depending on experience and how long they've been with the
company...usually anywhere from $35 to $75 for the entire 2 hours. If the
remote doubles in hours, then they are paid double. We'd like to have 2 "bod
squad" girls at each remote to help the promotions staff. They won't be
passing out shots or anything like that..they're main job will be to make sure
the crowd is pumped and having a good time. They'll have station t-shirts,
bumper stickers, CD's and so on to pass out. As well as help with the money
machine. So there will be no way we could give them a commission. They will
mainly be in sports bars, biker bars, nightclubs and at sporting events. I
hope this helps a little bit. So all in all...they're main job will be to look
good and keep the guys interested in the remote. I asked about shot girls
wages because its the 1st thing that came to mind that remotely resembled our
idea of what these girls will be doing.
