Dear Ash, I've been in the bar business for 11 years and I have worked with 
shot girls and also been one myself. Most bars pay the shot girls a small 
hourly wage plus give them commission off of the shots that they sell. However 
this is a bit different since they will be hired by a radio station. I need a 
few more details before offering my opinion on a suggested salary for 
them---would they possibly be getting a commission off of the shots? how many 
girls would you use on a given night? how many hours will they be working? 
what kinds of bars/nightclubs will they be going to? As for how to find these 
shot girls my first suggestion would be to try any local college campus -- 
college girls are always looking for ways to make more money -- ! Look forward
