The reason i added this thread, is that for me my bar work is a second income, 
I have a regular day job that pays twice the hourly rate of my bar job, so 
money is not really a factor, so to be happy behind the bar reflects on your 
customers, if you are unhappy at work, you won't be giving the job your 
everything and the customers will see that.

My vote is with happiness & job satisfaction, we all dream of wealth but 
cannot buy a smile.
