Just a quick one for a late saturday night....
What is the most important to you guys,
(1) A Job that pays well and the tips roll in and is generally financially
rewarding, but the atmosphere, fellow workers, and the management leaves a lot
to be desired
or
(2) A job that you enjoy doing so much but poor pay, hardly any tips, a good
working team and management that respect your talents and abilities and allow
you to work the bar your own way as long as you achieve the results.
Million dollar question: MONEY or HAPPINESS or(for the lucky ones) BOTH...!
