Thanks for all your replies - I was smiling from ear to ear when I got into 
work this morning!

Anyway, I'm going to take what you guys have said on board, and try to use 
very little juice in the bottle and change my spin a little so that the bottle 
is seldomly upside down.  I currently like to spin it so that if it was 
sideways on my palm - my index finder makes it move - I will try (what I 
call)the gunslinger tonight - where I grab the bottle by the throat, and I 
push the bottom out so it rols around my hand and catch it again.

Mac - I note what you say about working flare and I must say I have the same 
sentiments - ie - it shouldn't slow you down, although I have been asked to 
slow down customers on Tuesday nights because we are starting a £10 ($15) all 
in eat and drink as much as you like - but for licensing reasons we can only 
give them one drink at a time, no shooters, and they must exchange emties for 
new drinks - sounds a little silly - but if I don't slow them, you can count 
on at least 10 bar room brawls (wonder if thats why the bar in china town 
london is called brb?!?!?).  Mac - could you possibly expalin your inverted 
shadow pass and match trick again - i think I lost a few hairs trying to 
figure out what you said?!?! Sorry - once more please :)

Beans (sorry Lynnie - can't help myself) - I thought it was the pale of water 
thing.  I do a trick (instant tip earner - and large crowd pleaser) where I 
have a glass that is 3/4 to full and I pick it up, whirl it over my head and 
place it back on the bar with little spillage - this is even better if you are 
serving sambuca and you light the rim.  I know this may slow down the service 
but I tend to do it on the move - ie from the back side of the bar to land in 
front of them - and it wows everyone else enough to stop them thinking about 
how long they've been standing there :)

Dan - on the pourers - I always thought that the ones with the air holes can 
help - because they do not pour very well unless you put your finger over the 
air hole thingy mebob (widget).  Not true?!?! or have you not heard of this?!?

Jamster - I've just moved from London (or the big smoke as I call it) - to a 
small town in Somerset called Yeovil (you must say both Somerset and Yeovil in 
a Westcountry accent otherwise nobody knows where you live - just kidding - 
but many of the locals speak as though they kinda have a southern drawl - but 
with an english accent) Currently working at a place called Chicago Rock, but 
used to work in TGI's.  The place I work in is great fun, but I have only just 
started doing flair again, and they expect me to enter regional and national 
comps soon!  OK, that was a little over the top - Chicago Rock is a chain, 
that operates in small towns, they run "in-house" best bartender comps, so I'm 
not exactly up with the best, but flare can be so addictive.  Anyways where 
are you based?!?!? 

To All - please not I've spelt flare in two different ways - which one is it 
flare or flair (tomato or tomato - that joke is not so funny in words - you 
get the pic anyway).

Also - I saw a website called extremebartending.com and was wondering if you 
guys have ever bought any of their products (THE VIDEOS) I mean it would be 
great to pinch (temporarily appropriate) them from you or buy them together 
and all use them (cos they are pretty expensive for something that you don't 
know that you really want).
