In Response to cleaning beer taps and drains.
I own a bar and we have the distributors come once a week and clean taps and 
maintain the hoses, etc. It works out perfectly and takes a load off me.
For our drains we pour a pitcher of hot water with a little bleach in it 3 
times a week. This helps keep bacteria and yeast from growing and building up. 
I do this in all drains including my reach in beer coolers, bar sinks and 
drains in the bathroom floors.
We also use baking soda and vinegar in all drains twice a month. This helps 
keep pipe scum scrubbed out and prevents blockages.Anything with a drain gets 
this treatment. It's easy and inexpensive. And vinegar makes stainless steel 
shine beautifully.
