We have an assembly that hooks up to each line and forced compressed air and 
disinfectant through it.  If you bought your system, you should be able to get 
cleaning gear from the same place. If your system comes from a beer 
distributor, you may be able to talk them into sending someone out to clean 
the lines regularly.  Hope it helps
