Vanilla seems to be a good decision. It is an aphrodisiac and it may balance 
well adding a sensual melody which is missing in the semen. The good thing is 
also that it is a simple flavour consisting of not many different flavour 
molecules. Something like chocolate for instance might have been too complex 
although combining well with saltiness. As skyy Vanilla seems to be too sweet 
using vanilla pods instead of flavouring (vodka) might be better.

The cherry is also a good garnish. I think two cherries might be better. 

The vermouth is also a well combination with a salty flavour. A fino sherry 
with a good flor flavour might work better though.

Adam, did you know that pregnant ladies collect their urine for the production 
of pregnancy hormones? Ladies and guys having problems with getting pregnant 
should consume urine (ok, it is processed in real life) of pregnant women.
