Okay, this is what I went with:

2 oz Skyy Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz semen
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 cherry
served in a cocktail glass


This was actually quite good. However, I'm not entirely sure about the vanilla 
vodka. I think if I do this again I'll use regular vodka. The sweetness 
detracted from the salty flavor of the semen, which is the most important 
aspect of the drink. 

I added the fresh semen last (which was fun!), and he enjoyed watching me 
drink it!
