Im worried that they will be able to tell... but I have just decided to try it
anyway though. I made my fake resume today. I added two years of busy college
bar experience and I will hand it out soon. I have spent the last three weeks
studying (read about four books) drink making and bartending basics. Glasses,
ice, classic recipes, well, call..... I have been practicing pouring a
controlled 1.5 ounce shot. I have been learning how to use a generic POS
system, and learning how to use a standard cash register. I am still worried
that they will know I dont have experience, but oh well, I dont have another
choice... Anyway, if you have any general advice about what I should focus on
tell me. What drinks do I absolutely have to know?

Thanks,
Greg
