My answer to this, and I'm sure you've already thought of this...

Why not both?  I know damn well I'm a fun as hell bartender who cares about 
doing things the "right way," as I'm sure others on this forum are (and I know 
for a fact Cheryl is).  They aren't mutually exclusive...
