John, here is a gag drink
Cement Mixer
in a shot glass mix
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cr.
4 or 5 drops of lime juice
wait a few seconds then have your victim drink the shot and tell him to  hold 
it in his mouth for a moment ( it will solidify in mouth)
