As far a the bloody mary mix question goes, I have made several bloody beers. 
Beer and bloody mary mix. Most people take it with a shot of bloody mary mix, 
and a few dashes of tabasco. I alao made them with an additional few shakes of 
pepper and a squeeze of lime. But some just prefer a red beer made with plain 
tomato juice. On a river boat that I worked on once, the specialty was vodka, 
and 1/2 bloody mary mix, 1/2 clamato juice, garnished with celery and a 
pepperocini pepper (greek pepper)......
You guys love these fire tricks don't ya?...Here's one to try that has a 
little bit of fire to it...
HOW IT LOOKS: You set a champagne bucket on the bar and one by one ask a group 
at the bar their favorite actor, or their favorite beer, or fantasy, or who 
they would like to meet...whatever you come up with. One by one you write 
their answers on a cocktail napkin, fold it, and drop into the champagne 
bucket. Ask someone to reach in and pick one napkin out and don't show it to 
you, but can share it with the rest of the group. HERE'S THE FIRE PART. Pour a 
little 151, lighter fluid, or my favorite, have some  flash Paper" in the 
bucket and simply light a match and drop it in.(Flash paper can be bought at 
the magic store. It's like tissue paper and when heated, it will burst into a 
a beautiful yellow eye-catching flame. It's quite an attention getter. Be 
careful where you store the stuff, because it will ignite just from the heat 
on the dashboard of your car!)
Now, after all the napkins burn up, ask the group to think of what's written 
on their napkin. After a little play acting on your part, mentally 
concentrating...you announce what their napkin says, and you are right! Wow! 
What great mental powers you possess!
HOW IT WORKS: Whatever the first person says, you write that down on every 
single napkin. For the blondes out there, that means that every single napkin 
will say the same thing....They will only assume you are writing down what 
they are saying.
Pretty tricky!
