One of my favouite tricks is to ignite the bar and follow it up with a 'flame 
show'

I use lighter fluid for most flaming tricks as it is cheap and burns well. It 
goes something like this

(i) Fold up a napkin tightly and sqeeze it into the neck of an empty bottle
(ii) Soak the napkin in lighter fluid
(iii) Squirt about 10mls of fluid into a shot glass, keeping it close at hand
(iv) Line the bar with a thin trail of lighter fluid
(v) Ignite the lighter fluid on the bar with a match
(vi) As it burns, hold the bottle with the napkin in it to the flame - thereby 
igniting it
(vii) Throw the flaming bottle around to generate attention from the customers 
(not that you would.nt have thier attention already!). You will have to be 
confident with a couple of key bottle throws to pull it off - behind the back 
etc
(viii) The grand finale is when you pour the lighter fluid in your mouth, and 
hold it there. With the bottle still burning and in an upright position you 
then blow the fluid over the flame - igniting a fireball from your mouth 
(caution - do not swallow any!)

I will usually run up and down the bar shaking my tip jar in order to remind 
customers to tip
