I keep pushing this book, but there is a superb article about the PC in The
Journal of the American Cocktail. I suggest you guys get a copy, it is
awesome. It basically backs up the 1954 Caribe Hilton theory, but also talks
about the invention of Coco Lopez and the Waring Blender. The Holy Trinity of
a decent Pina Colada!
