Yes, Mapo Mapo is is a liqueur mandarine/grapefruit flavored made in italy,
and everyone was using it in all cocktail competitions two/three years ago.
It's a very pleasant liqueur, sweet and mixes well in daiquiries ,caipis and
all kind of frozen drinks.
Few years ago I was in cuba for the competiton as well, I got the third place,
my drink was sweet but not sweet enough to win. Cubans like sweet drinks ,
whoever goes to the comp. is warned about that, I thought my drink was sweet
, but apparently it wasn't......
The guy who won made a perfect drink for the cubans' taste, mapo mapo, papaya
syrup, guava syrup...I'm shure the cubans were mad about it.
