Well what I meant was – given that your bar was likely to be busy and full of 
guys – you should if anyone know how to handle a bar which is three deep – to 
spell it out – it’s a compliment.

Bartenders knowledge is often overrated – what you know inside doesn’t matter 
unless you can turn it into results – only you can change your mixo skills and 
then would it really matter to the public – maybe – maybe not – but at least 
you can use it for yourself and friends.

Yes it is similar – only “who’s next?” creates conversation – “you’re next” 
leaves the customer no discussion – sorry I know its pedantic but it makes a 
difference.

You know going back to point one – this proves what I meant – I knew you would 
be able to handle a heavy crowd.
