Anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to make sure that everyone at 
each end of the bar is served timely?

As I am honing my speed skill, I still have yet to create a technique that  
allows me to flow. As I serve people at one end of the bar, there are always 
more on that same end asking for drinks, and I very much need to go to the 
other end to offer service. I do eventually pull away, but I would like to 
have a technique that I can use.
