I'm not being defensive about this, but just curious what you meant?  You 
didn't think a topless bar gets that busy, or they usually don't have 
competent bartenders?  Either way you'd be right, we happen to be an 
exceptionally busy topless bar.  And given the fact we mostly serve men, most 
tenders lack drink knowlede, myself included.  But when it comes to working a 
busy bar...BRING IT ON!!

I did address this issue in my post, does this mean you didn't agree or just 
missed that part.  I know I'm not very good at explaining myself but it sounds 
like we have similar styles.
