Don't ever believe that.  

Knowledge is power.

I've continuously kept up with trade publications, what other leading clubs 
are doing and what I affectionately deem as Wine Spector (among other wineaux 
sorts of forums, webzines, magazines, etc.) and will never have all of the 
information available to learn what can, may and/or actually does occur whilst 
tending bar.  ;0)
