My wine knowledge is EXTREMELY limited - I work in a nightclub currently, and
our wine list consists of white and red. I'll give this my best shot, but
I'll expect to fail the wine section.

I'm too lazy to do this one if I'm not actually applying for a job. Suffice
to say, I've made everything on this list with the exceptions of an Old
Fashioned, a daquiri, and a pina colada, with no problems.

Again, I work in a club, so these are funny to me:

This is where work environment comes into play - I know shit about shit when
it comes to wine, because I've never needed to. That doesn't mean I don't
want to learn - it simply means that I've been focusing on what's important in
my current environment. That's why I'm asking these questions :)

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
