The title of this sub forum is:

 Behind the Bar:
Discuss the bartending profession, getting a job, tips, techniques, equipment, 
etc.

which would lead one to believe the owner of this web site was encouraging 
posts about tips and tipping. It might also lead one to believe he felt that 
people posting here would have an interest in the subject, not that it should 
be censored.

Maybe I'm wrong.
