Well, maybe just make it a list of universal (American?) drinks. Some do seem 
to exist. :) Like take the whiskey sour. I can't think of a sort of bar where 
it wouldn't be ordered. It might be a little less popular if you went 
somewhere like Tropical Dan's Daiquiri Shack, but in general it's the sort of 
drink that could be made at dive bars or posh establishments, college bars or 
retiree bars. Aren't there any other drinks out there that have that sort of 
crossover appeal?
