For checking who links to you,

In the searchbar of Yahoo, Google, etc...  

Type in "link:" followed by the webpage that you are checking for.

link:http://www.miss-charming.com  shows some links but like Dan was saying,
there aren't very many listed when you look up 
link:http://www.miss-charming.com/recipes/know.htm

Another cool trick for checking your website rankings and traffic is on 
www.top25web.com

They have a tool that you type in the keywords and your domain name and they 
will find out what ranking you have on Google for those keywords.
