Alright, yeah - it seems the problems weren't with me.

We picked up several cases of fresh glassware, and added on another guy to 
specifically JUST bus the glasses, which basically puts me on easy street.  
Tonight I found myself running out of things to do - bar was well stocked, 
glass was more than kept up, etc.  We weren't slammed, but even if we had 
been, I wouldn't have been worried.  The one thing I wish we DID have was a 
consistent tending staff - every week it's somebody new.  While not a huge 
gripe, still, it would make my life easier to not have to explain every week 
where the next round of liquor bottles are, how our computer system is 
organized, etc. etc.  Whatever though - that pales in comparison to the 
problems which have already been solved.

I think most of this is just growing pains for a new bar.  We're settling in, 
so hopefully we'll be better organized over the next month.  And hopefully 
I'll be tending by then.
