Well for one thing, if the Bartenders and asking you as a barback how to make 
certain drinks then i think that they are in the wrong business coz its not 
very hard to remember the connon drinks at each bar.

10% tipout is very good for a bar back to recieve considerin the ideal server 
only gets about 15% of each bill you should be gratefull that they are even 
giving you money, i know a few places that leave it up to the bartenders on 
how much they feel the barback should get on that night which is good for us 
coz if we didnt have a great night of tippin then we are not going to be 
giving the bar back much money either.
