Consider a few liqueurs.  Amaretto, Kahlua or Baileys?  You will need triple 
sec for the Margaritas, too.  Add vermouth if anyone enjoys a martini.  ;0)

Consider the possibility of adding grapefruit and pineapple?

How long is the reception?  Is it immediately following the ceremony where 
there most likely be a bit of a cocktail hour while the wedding party pose for 
a few church photos?  Is it in the afternoon?  Is it in the evening?  Is there 
a full meal?  (I know of a few couples that have had a cocktail party 
reception with hors d'oeuvres only)  Will there be wine service during the 
meal?  Are the guests predominantly light, average or heavy drinkers?  After 
all these are your sister and futher brother in law's friends and family, they 
ought to help you with that a bit better.  ;0)


Don't forget some basic garnishes!

lemons
limes
maraschino cherries
olives
margarita salt

Does your reception site have basic bar equipment for you to use?

Such as:
Will you need to purchase beverage napkins?  Straws and stir sticks?  How much 
equipment will you need to provide to the hired bartenders?  Just in case, 
pack up a couple wine and beer bottle openers, a small cutting board and a 
knife to cut the fruit.  Will you need to provide the pourer spouts?  Or a 
couple of mixing glasses/tins?


I hope this doesn't overwhelm, but I thought I throw some of the other stuff 
out there that you may need to consider or ask about.  I hope some of it helps.
