Hi Cheryl,

The fountain sounds like a wonderful idea, but my sister prefers the 
bartenders do all the pouring at the wedding.  The bartenders assured us that 
they'd be able to handle 350 guests and that they'd do all the set up that's 
required.  I will be supplying the ice, cups and alcohol.  I plan on using 
plastic cups because they can just go in the trash and we don't have to worry 
about cleaning.  I still haven't figured out if we need things like stirrers 
and garnishes.

Right now, I'm more concerned with the alcohol.  The two biggest questions are 
what to get and how much of it I should buy.  I'm definitely going to get a 
red and white wine and I like your idea of having two options for beer.  My 
sister wants the bartenders to mix drinks also.  But given the table set up, I 
don't see how the bartenders can do anything that will require shakers because 
they have no where to dump the ice.  What I was thinking is maybe the 
bartenders can mass produce 2 specialty drinks and the rest will just be 2 
ingredient drinks they can pour into the cups like a gin and tonic or vodka 
and cranberry.  I was thinking about maybe having a watermelon martini as one 
of the specialty drinks the bartenders can mass produce...

So far on my list of alcohol (with your help of course!!) to buy is: domestic 
light beer, imported beer, red wine, white wine, vodka, gin, rum, coke, diet 
coke, 7up, club soda, tonic, cranberry juice, and orange juice.  I feel like I 
need to add more alcohol to that list.  Maybe whiskey, tequila?
