There are people out there that will give you an exact amount  for everything. 
I can't give you an exact # and I would never attempt that because I wouldn't 
want you emailing me back blaming me for having too much or too little of 
something. You and your sister will have to make those decisions. The reason 
being is that  at every event you will always run out of something and you 
will always have too much of something left at the end. It's just the way it 
is because you never know guests will drink...especially with this many 
choices that you have given them.  Don't fret...I mean after all they can't 
complain while drinking for FREE!


At this point you have to go back to what I said in the first post:

(Now, here's the tricky part.--you can never never ever determine what guests 
will drink so its impossible to do exact math (unless your menu is very 
limited). You have to guess. All you can go by is that a 750ml (fifth) bottle 
will getcha 20-25 shots depending on your pour. A liter will have 30-35. You 
also have to guesstimate how many drinks
each person will have. )

You can get 4 glasses of wine from a bottle and the beer bottles are 1 bottle 
per serving.

Based on what you know--which is, the number of guests, what you want to 
serve, you will have to sit down with your sister and guesstimate how many 
beer drinkers, wine drinkers, and cocktail drinkers you will have.....then you 
have guess how many drinks they will have (at a wedding for 5 hours I would 
guesstimate 5-6 drinks per person...but then you will always have people that 
drink more and people that only drink 1 drink).

So, sit down and do the math and then you'll know how much to buy. I would 
also ask the liquor store if you are allowed to bring back unopened bottles of 
wine etc. I've done this before.

Also, did you know that your 2 specialty drinks are both "sour" drinks?
