As with every recipe it is all about where you work...I get lots of request for my Apple Martini..grey Goose, Apple Pucker, Apple juice, garnish thin slice granny smith green apple, dusted with cinnamon. Other than that apples are scarce, pinapple and cran seem to rule now.
