All the bars I work at stock Apple juice, but your right - its not in my 
storen pours and given the choice I would choose apple juice if the option was 
given to me.

However, I have noticed that in most cocktails apple juice is not used as the 
mixer - although all apple orientated cocktials I make go down really well.  I 
have even heard about the washington apple cropping up all over america.

Any other takes on this?
