the answer is so simple , 
i think there are les than few cocktails nowadays that needs apple juice , 
for instance the apple martini and the deutch turbo etc....... are not ver 
popular nowadays , i mean not anymore like in the past ; most cocktails ask 
for pineapple , orange , cramberry and lemon , i think u can figure out this 
when u see how many screw drivers u sell or sex on the beach or cosmopolitan 
or malibu + pineapple i mean the apple juice constitutes less than 10% for the 
mixers usage ...
