To me that is a "Naked Martini", while a good extra dry Martini is the "In & 
Out",1/2 oz vermouth, stir a couple of times and throw away before pouring the 
gin or vodka . An excellent Dry Martini is the "Montgomery",Hemingway's 
favourite, 15 parts gin, 1 part vermouth. As an alternative I like to use an 
atomizer and spray just a very little amount of vermouth before mixing, 
customers love that!
