Although strangely adding lime cordial/juice or lemon juice curdles cream and 
creamy liqueurs, lemon (ie Absolut citron) vodka or lime (Finlandia Lime) 
vodka doesn't curdle cream or creamy liqueurs (eg Baileys) this means you can 
make a lemon or lime coconut cream cocktail using the relevant vodka's. 
Incidentally when I was youger I had a shot called "womans revenge" it 
consisted of lime cordial and baileys........
