Just want to clarify that when I say that the bartenders make 250 or 300 bucks
a night, I'm talking about 8 different bartenders each making that amount.
There's 2 or 3 other barbacks, so I get to run for usually 2 or 3 of the
bartenders. I'm lucky if ONE bartender tips me out 10 or 15 bucks. It sucks.
