From experience I can tell you that the gel inserts end up being useless. Get some Doc Martins with a thick sole (to make you taller)and then insert some Phase 4's ( http://www.youcansave.com/phase4.html ). Total price for both will be around $125 That's the beat I've come up with so far. Cheryl
