I have a few different recipes for Bellinis.  I couldn't find a recipe for a 
frozen Bellini, although I'm sure it exists.  I also couldn't find anything 
calling for vodka, although that too is probably out there somewhere.  Very 
few drinks have only one recipe.  Each bartender imparts his/her own flavor to 
a drink, based on their preferences.  Try these, and see what suits you.

*Bellini Easy
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
3 oz. Champagne
-Pour Schnapps in champagne flute and add champagne.
*Bellini
1 Peach Half
Champagne
Simple Syrup
-Blend the peach and simple syrup until smooth.  Pour mixture into champagne 
flute and top with champagne.
*Bellini
Champagne
2 oz. Peach Nectar
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
-Pour fruit juices into chilled champagne flute.  Top with champagne.
