I am in need of a recipe for a belini the problem is that i have seen only two 
recipes for it and they don't quite match.  I had one in vancouver that was 
frozen and was really good.  i know i need champagne and peach schnapps.  
however , i also thought that there was vodka and a couple of other things.  
if you can help me please do.
