Cheryl, your advice was worthless...it was carbon copy.  And besides your 
reply wasn't even what I was looking for.  I wanted advice on 2 specific parts 
of the application, I didn't need to RE-READ what I already learned in school 
or what's plastered on every 'how to be a bartender' website.  And I don't 
know who told you that because I did go to school and have received 2 
certificates I'm not a bartender, I know exactly what you know, I already knew 
everything that you took the time to type out (which wasn't helpful and which 
certainly wasn't what I was looking for) and I have the skill and the 
knowledge to be able to step into any bar right now and work right along side 
you and any one else on this forum and no one would know that I've never done 
it before.  I don't know what kind of 'schools' anyone here has gone to, but 
the one I went to was apparently the best because all of the 'advice' here was 
on pages 6-9 of the textbook.
It might take AVERAGE people 6 months before they become a bartender, but not 
me.  I didn't go to 'barback school', 'waiter first then behind the bar 
school', or anything else.  I am a bartender, whether you want to believe it 
or not.  I'm not going to take a step back and suck up to anyone to get to the 
position that I am already capable of handling.  Not everyone is the same, 
like it or not.
Kent gave the best advice I was looking for because he answered my question, 
he didn't just ramble off carbon copy suggestions that I've already heard and 
read.
