I would write:  The job was only a few hours a week.  They would call me only 
if they needed me.  And I needed a stable job with more hours.

SPECIAL SKILLS is referring to something beyond what you have learned in 
school.  And that may not be easy.  Have you read any books on cocktails, 
wine. etcetera.

When I apply for a job I wait a week and call the potential employer back.  
But when you call try to get something solid like if they have started 
interviewing.  Then ask when should I call back.  If they do not give a solid 
answer call them again in about four days.

I find that employers are looking for the negatives not the positives.  They 
know you have been to a school just like everyone else in the class and you 
know how to make drinks.
